Beginner pole
For: First-timers and fresh starters
New to pole and ready to awaken your inner goddess?
This 60-minute beginner-friendly class covers foundational spins, holds, transitions, and your first climb—all in a supportive, empowering environment.Perfect for: newbies, taster class grads, or anyone revisiting the basics.

Intermediate Prep
For: Recent beginners, returners, and those working toward clean inverts
You’re no stranger to the pole now—it’s time to soar a little higher!
Refine your technique with fluid spin combos, stronger climbs, supported inverts, and graceful laybacks.Ideal if you’ve done Beginner, are back after a break, or still perfecting your invert.

Intermediate 1
For: Students who can climb + invert with confidence
Time to take your skills up the pole.
This class focuses on leg hangs, leg switches, reverse grabs, and dynamic transitions. Strength drills are woven in to support your next level of progression.Best suited for graduates of Inter Prep or those with a solid inversion foundation.

Intermediate 2
For: Confident aerialists ready for combos + more complexity
Take those skills and string them together.
In this class, you’ll build aerial combos, strengthen transitions, and work on flow while continuing to refine spins and holds.You should be confident with leg hangs, reverse grabs, climbs, and inverts.

Bridge the Gap
For: Intermediate 1 & 2 students ready to prep for Advanced
This specialty class targets the skills needed to level up—think shoulder mounts, aerial inverts, handsprings, and grip fundamentals.
We’ll break things down and build them up safely, with a focus on strength, technique, and confidence.Ideal if you’re eyeing Advanced but not quite ready yet or if you want to build a stronger foundation.

You’ve put in the hours and now you’re chasing the big tricks.
This class is for students who can confidently do body swaps, shoulder mounts, and at least one grip variation of aerial handsprings.
Get ready to push boundaries and fly.Pre-reqs: Shoulder mount, aerial invert, handspring in at least one grip.
